Healthy side dish for Sambar rice and curd rice
Servings: 3 people
Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Grated / finely chopped Beetroot
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 Green chilli
- handful Curry leaves
- 1/4 cup Water
- Salt required
- 3 spoon Grated Coconut
To temper,
- 2 spoon Oil
- 1 spoon Mustard seeds
- 1/2 spoon Urad dal
- 1/2 spoon Channa dal
- 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds

Notes
- You can either grate or chop the beetroot.
- Adding coconut gives nice taste.
- You can add red chilli too.
