Ragi Egg Paniyaram | Toddler and Kids Snack recipe

A simple and healthy Paniyaram with ragi along with egg makes a great evening snack for toddlers and kids. As ragi is rich in calcium and iron and egg has many nutrients essential for kids, both provide a complete healthy snack for them.

I have used Naatu sakarai for sweetness as healthy option. But you can opt for honey, Karupatti or palm jaggery or dates syrup as per your wish.

If you want to skip egg, add flax seed powder to get it soft. You can serve it as breakfast too. It will be filling.

Hope you try this simple snack for your toddlers and let me know your feedback.
