Kulfi is originally a North Indian dessert recipe. It is not an ice-cream exactly. It can be called as frozen dessert that can be best served after a meal or dinner.

Kulfi is basically loved by all age groups of no exception. In this summer, try this basic kulfi method and enjoy your day.

The basic ingredients for making kulfi are:

Whole Milk

Sugar or condensed milk

Nuts of your choice

You can modify and make twist by adding different flavours to it and adding nuts of your choice.

Kulfi making requires only less ingredients that are very easily available.

There are lots of flavour in kulfi’s nowadays. But the basic ones would be malai kulfi, elaichi kulfi, pista kulfi.

I have used condensed milk in this method to make it more rich and creamy, though it’s purely optional.

If you’re planning to host a family meeting or friends get together, prepare this dessert and express your culinary skills.
