Salad is one of the healthy recipe for weight loss. Allowing the pulses to sprout for 2-3 days increase the nutrional content of the pulses. I have used green moong dal and black channa dal to make sprouts. I have sprouted for 3 days. But you may use any pulses to make sprouts.

Ingredients
- 1/2 no. Onion
- 1/2 no. Tomato
- handful Green moong sprouts
- handful Black Channa sprouts
- handful Lettuce chopped
- 1/2 Cucumber
- handful Coriander leaves
- Salt required
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Chaat masala
- few drops Lemon juice

Notes
- You may add any sprouts of your choice.
- This salad stays fresh in refrigerator in a air tight container up to 3 days.
- Chaat masala is optional.
- You can also skip lettuce if you want.
- I used to sprout the pulses for 3 days minimum.
