Oil for deep frying
For coating,

Bread crumbs
Instructions
Take poha in a bowl.
Add onion and salt.
Add chilli powder.
Add coriander leaves.
Add chaat masala.
Mix everything.
Take a bread slice and roll it thin.
Cut into half.
Add the stuffing, seal the edges with water.
And close them like small pockets.
You can also make with whole bread without cutting into half as in pic.
Now ready for coating.
For coating,
Beat an egg in abowl and take bread crumbs in another.
Dip the bread pickets in egg.
Followed by bread crumbs.
Do with all slices.
Heat oil and start frying.
Fry till crispy.
Serve.
For vegetarian,
Directly fry in oil without coating process.
Fry till crisp.
Serve.
Notes
Serve with ketchup or anu dipping according to your choice.
It tastes great when warm.
