of rice

of moong dal

of pumpkin

teaspoon
of cumin and pepper powder

tbsp
garlic chopped

tbsp
onion chopped

tbsp
tomato

spoon
asafoetida powder
Salt to taste

ghee
Instructions
Wash the rice and dal and soak for 10-15 mins.
Chop all the ingredients and keep ready.
Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker except salt and ghee and cook for 5 whistles in medium flame.
Once pressure released,add salt and ghee and mash it using mixer.Add hot water,if you need more watery consistency.
Serve little warm.
Notes
Select pumpkin that is deep orange in colour
Pumpkin should not be too ripe.
